Service Description

Initial touchup (usually done around 6 weeks) included in this price. Any additional touchups within the initial perfecting timeline has a $75 materials fee. Color boost touchup for brows previously tattooed by Vanessa Schaaf at Blush (typically recommended one to two years following initial appointment) is $250. After 2+ years have passed, cost is $365 **If brows have faded significantly to the point where much color is lost, brow shape or color tone requires significant correction, full first-time client pricing may apply. Semi-permanent brows can be created using various techniques. Microblading/hair-like strokes are created to follow the natural hair growth or patterned appropriately when no hair is present. Skin type may determine which method is appropriate. This can be done alone or in combination with shading, which is created with a tattoo machine for a powdered, more "filled-in" look. Please note: For all permanent makeup/tattoo appointments, design, shape, color, and general workings of the procedure will be discussed and explained the day of your appointment and questions are happily answered throughout your service. Artist and client collaborate to make style determinations you will have a say prior to and throughout the process. You may be asked to send photos. Frequently, people ask if their brows will "work" for semi-permanent brows. Amount of hair on the brow area does not determine whether or not a client is eligible for brow tattooing and this procedure can be done on the thinnest of brows, even those with none at all. Skin type and texture, however, may determine which method is appropriate for each individual for quality healed results and dignity of the skin.
